Community Case Management Limited is seeking an experienced night care worker to support a young person with complex clinical needs in the Sheffield area. You will join a supportive care team and provide essential overnight care in the client’s home.
Responsibilities include PEG feeding, medication administration, and responding to clinical needs while maintaining safe, person-centred support. Shift pattern is 20:00–08:00 with 24 hours per week expectations.
