We are seeking an experienced and compassionate night care worker to support a young person with complex clinical needs within their own home in the Sheffield (S7) area.
Key Responsibilities
- Overnight monitoring and support
- PEG feeding and care
- Medication administration
- Support communication using eye-gaze and respond to non-verbal cues
- Moving and handling
- Personal care and comfort
- Responding to clinical needs as they arise
About You
- Experience in complex care (Paediatric experience is desirable)
- Being able to work as part of a wider team
- Confident with PEG feeding and epilepsy management (or willingness to be trained)
- Caring, attentive and able to work independently overnight
- Committed to providing safe, person-centred care

Working hours
24 hours per week.
You must be willing to work flexibly to meet the needs of the client.
Shift times are 20:00-08:00 Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday.
Rates of Pay
£17.60 per hour
All posts are subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure with Adult and Child Workforce Barring. Full training will be provided.
