We are seeking outgoing and flexible bank support workers for our client, a 52-year-old lady living in the Coseley area, to join an established team supporting her within a care home setting, with the long-term goal of helping her transition into her own home.

The role involves providing support with hoisting, personal care, toileting, feeding, therapy programmes, independent activities and outings in the community. She has her own vehicle to help her access the community, so a full driving licence is an essential requirement. She enjoys rock music, animals, bingo, going on holiday, eating out, and having fun.

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, and keen to support her in living a full and enjoyable life. We are happy to accept applicants without experience, but you must be willing to undertake Care Certificate Training.

Working Hours: Bank 10 hours per week. Shifts will vary, including evenings and weekends.

Rates of Pay: Weekdays: £15.50 per hour.

About Us: Community Case Management is a case management company. Case Management supports people who have experienced serious, life-changing injuries so they can live as independently and fully as possible. At CCM we don’t just provide care - we coordinate everything that our client might need to rebuild their life. This includes:

  • Health and rehabilitation
  • Education and work goals
  • Daily living support
  • Therapies and equipment

CCM is not a care agency. We guide and manage the care and support teams who are employed directly by the client (via a solicitor or Court of Protection Deputy). Support workers work with one client, based on the client’s specific needs. CCM provide direction, supervision and training to support workers so they feel confident and capable in their role.
