Community Support Worker Pay and Advance Pay: £13.70 per hour. Advance Payment Scheme: mid‑month wage advance to ease cost‑of‑living concerns.

Overview: We currently have opportunities for support workers to join our ever‑growing, friendly team, working across Leyland, Penwortham, Walton Le Dale, Euxton, Lostock Hall, Bamber Bridge, Chorley and more. You will usually be based in one area to provide consistency and continuity for both yourself and the people you support. You don’t need prior experience; bring the right values and you can build your skills with on‑the‑job training and plenty of opportunities to progress.

Hours and Shifts: Our usual shifts are:

  • Morning Shifts – 7:00 am – 1:00/2:00 pm
  • Evening Shifts – 3:00/4:00 pm – 10:00 pm

All shifts include alternate weekends (full‑time or part‑time). We offer flexible patterns and can work with you to find hours to suit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow each client’s care plan.
  • Assist with all aspects of personal care including washing and dressing.
  • Assist with meal preparation.
  • Assist with toileting.
  • Assist clients with their mobility using provided equipment.
  • Assist with daily living tasks.
  • Assist with medication management.
  • Provide companionship.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Must be 18 or over (for insurance purposes).
  • Must be able to work alternate weekends.
  • Must undertake an enhanced DBS check.
  • Must have own transport.
  • No prior experience required; values and willingness to learn are essential.
