Follow each client's care plan. Assist with all aspects of personal care including washing and dressing. Assist with meal preparation. Assist with toileting. Assist clients with mobility using equipment provided. Assist with daily living tasks. Assist with medication management. Provide companionship.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 or over.
  • Must be able to work alternate weekends.
  • Must undertake an enhanced DBS check.
  • Must have own transport.

About the Role

We currently have opportunities for support workers to join our team in Leyland, Penwortham, Walton Le Dale, Euxton, Lostock Hall, Bamber Bridge, Chorley and more. You will usually be based in one area to provide consistency and continuity for both yourself and the people you support. You don't need previous experience in this field; you just need to bring the right values and can build your skills with on-the-job training. Our usual shifts are as follows: Morning shifts 7:00 am-1:00/2:00 pm; Evening shifts 3:00/4:00 pm-10:00 pm. All shifts include alternate weekends, a above-average sector rate of pay, fully paid training and ongoing management support.
