Description This position is eligible for up to a $3,500 recruitment and retention bonus! Position Details Community Care Physicians is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join their team. This is a full-time role with working hours from Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm . Travel to our Amsterdam location is required. Responsibilities Document verbal conversations with patients when appropriate. Accurately and legibly document information into patient records in a timely manner. Assess vital signs and the reason for each patient visit. Triaging patient phone calls: collecting, analyzing, and creating a well-documented plan of care based on presenting symptoms and healthcare outcomes.
