Our Family Practice Slingerlands is looking for a Full Time LPN to join their team! This is a 40-hour week. The hours are: Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM. No weekends!
This position is eligible for up to a $3,500 recruitment and retention bonus!!
Responsibilities:- Administer and record vaccines.
- Document verbal conversations with patients when appropriate.
- Document information into patient record in an accurate, legible and timely manner.
- Maintain timely patient flow.
- Prepare patient for visit as appropriate, based on office/provider requirements.
- Obtain specimens (i.e., urine, blood, etc.) from patients as directed by the provider.
- Accurate and timely order entry into the lab system.
- Perform clinical office procedures as directed by the provider (i.e., PFT, EKG, nebulizer, medication administration, and immunizations).
- Process patient prescriptions.
- Discuss test results with patients per provider's instructions.
Annual salary range: $21.75 - $31.00. CCP salary ranges are designed to be competitive with room for professional and financial growth. Individual compensation is based on several factors such as work experience, qualifications, and skills. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay.

- Previous LPN experience or experience as a Medical Assistant or Patient Care Tech.
- Strong computer skills with EMR experience.
- Knowledge of basic nursing principles, infection control, environmental safety, and patient confidentiality.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion.
- Knowledge of medical chart reporting/records.
- Skill in assessment and assistance techniques.
