Compass Community is hiring a Residential Worker to help transform the life of a child in our dedicated children’s home. You will support activities, health and wellbeing, safeguarding, and build lasting relationships with young people. Previous experience is not essential.
You will receive two weeks of classroom‑based training, two weeks shadow shifts, and support to progress to Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare within 12 months, with ongoing development and career progression.
