We have an exciting opportunity to join us as a Social Worker within our newly remodelled Family Help Service - an innovative, relationship-focused model designed to achieve the very best outcomes for children and families. About the Role
Working within our Family Help Pods, you will deliver high-quality, relationship-based social work that safeguards children and supports families to create meaningful, lasting change. You’ll be part of a collaborative, multi-agency environment, co-producing plans with families and partners to improve outcomes and reduce risk.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver child-centred, relational social work practice
- Undertake direct work with children and families to promote safety and wellbeing
- Work alongside partners to co-produce purposeful plans for change
- Produce clear, high-quality assessments, reports, and court documentation
- Take part in safeguarding meetings, group supervision, and reflective practice
- Stay up to date with legislation, policy, and best practice.
