Joining our Adults’ and Children’s Services Transformation Team, as a Project Manager, you'll lead and deliver high-profile transformational programmes and initiatives that improve services and outcomes for our communities.

Our Project Managers may be assigned to lead any workstream, project, or programme identified as a priority by the directorate or wider organisation.

  • What you’ll do
  • Lead and manage strategic projects and programmes across the directorate, delivering structured change using recognised project management methodologies.
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support workstream leads and maintain robust project controls, including RAID logs, resource tracking, and cost monitoring.
  • Prepare and lead project boards and team meetings, producing high-quality reports and presentations to communicate progress and outcomes.
  • Develop and oversee implementation plans, including PID reviews and performance modelling.
  • Collaborate with other project teams to identify dependencies, share resources, and drive efficiencies.
