We are looking for a Registered Manager for this well thought of organisation in Somerset. This is a full time position that is predominantly office based. You must have a Diploma/Degree in Social Work and the right to work in the UK (no VISA sponsorship).

About the team

This small organisation is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of Children and their families and work with a therapeutic approach.

About you

The successful candidate will have experience within Children's Social Work, especially in looked after children and fostering teams post qualification whilst having an up-to-date understanding of relevant legislation. You will also need to have experience as a Team Manager or above. You will ideally have an understanding of working therapeutically and be someone that is engaging and looking to help grow and develop this service.

  • Salary £50,000 - £55,000 dependent on experience
