An exciting opportunity has become available for a Residential Care Worker to join our service as we continue to grow our internal residential provision in Warrington. We are looking for an experienced, child‑focused individual who has a good understanding of the Ofsted Regulations to work as part of a team in the day‑to‑day running of one of our children’s homes in Warrington and ensure the services we provide to the children are outstanding.
You will work 37 hours a week Monday to Sunday on a rota basis, with the expectation of completing sleep‑in duties supporting the children and young people within the service.
Benefits:
- You will benefit from 20% enhancements Monday to Friday 7pm to 11pm and 30% enhancements from 7pm to 11pm on Saturday and Sunday.
