Registered Manager – Stockport Council – £50 per hour
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced registered manager to lead residential childcare. The successful candidate will bring warmth, resilience, creativity and strong leadership to the role.
About You
We are looking for someone who brings warmth, resilience, creativity and strong leadership to residential childcare. You will care deeply about children and young people and understand the importance of relationships, stability and thoughtful, trauma‑informed care.
You may already be a Registered Manager or an experienced Deputy or Senior Residential Worker ready for the next step. Most importantly, we want someone who is reflective, emotionally intelligent and able to build positive relationships with children, families, colleagues and partner agencies.
We are looking for people who share Stockport’s values, work well as part of a team and want to help shape a high‑quality, ambitious and caring local authority residential service where children genuinely come first.
