We are working with a number of Local Authority clients across the South West of England who are looking to recruit experienced Adults Social Workers for a range of agency assignments. Whether your experience is in Community Teams, Hospital Discharge, Learning Disabilities, Mental Health, Safeguarding, or Older Adults, we have opportunities to match your skills and preferences.
The Role
- Manage a caseload of adults with a range of needs.
- Complete Care Act assessments, reviews and support planning.
- Undertake safeguarding enquiries and risk assessments.
- Work collaboratively with health professionals and partner agencies.
- Promote independence and deliver person‑centred outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely case records.
Requirements
- Qualified Social Worker (Degree, DipSW, CQSW or equivalent).
- Registered with Social Work England.
- Experience working within Adult Social Care.
- Sound knowledge of relevant legislation, including the Care Act 2014 and Mental Capacity Act.
- Full UK driving licence is desirable.
