Position: Qualified Social Worker - Practice Development Lead
Location: Hertfordshire
Pay Rate: £34.48p/h
Contract: Initial 3-month contract, with potential for extension.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in social work
- Active license to practice as a social worker
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to upholding ethical and professional standards
- Ensuring children are at the forefront of interventions and decision making
- Engaging with families and completing parenting assessments
- Liaising with partner agencies
- Ability to respectively challenge parents

- Home visits
- Managing all aspects of CP and CIN cases
- Attending and minuting associated meetings
- Attend professionals meetings
- Managing cases in proceedings
- Writing court reports

- Writing s7 and s37 court reports
- To work with a level of autonomy
