This position offers a balanced approach to hybrid working — with only two days per week in the office and the rest from home. You’ll be part of a committed safeguarding team focused on delivering high-quality outcomes for children and young people.
Your Role:
- Undertake assessments and interventions to safeguard children at risk.
- Manage a caseload of Child in Need, Child Protection, and court cases.
- Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and partner agencies to achieve positive outcomes.
- Contribute to effective care planning and permanency arrangements.
- Work collaboratively within a supportive management structure that values reflection and professional growth.
