We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Social Worker / Senior Practitioner to join our Corporate Parenting Team within Children’s Services. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of complex cases involving children in care and care leavers
  • Develop, implement, and review care plans and pathway plans tailored to individual needs

About You

  • Qualified Social Worker with relevant registration
  • Significant experience in children’s social care, ideally within Corporate Parenting or similar settings
  • Strong assessment, planning, and case management skills
  • Confidence in multi-agency working and partnership collaboration
  • A child- and family-focused approach with a passion for improving outcomes
