Accountable as a ‘Registered Manager’ you will be responsible for regulation and governance of your home, setting standards for excellence, and ensuring that our homes are caring and supportive, enabling children and young people to thrive. The ability to build a high performing, compassionate team where trauma informed practice is at the heart of the home is critical for this role. Working collaboratively across the management team, the Registered Manager will ensure all aspects of the home meet inspection criteria and any recommendations are acted upon.
Delivering exceptional care to children & young people through a comprehensive and integrated therapeutic approach is a priority for the Registered Manager. Carrying out the Island’s pledge of Putting Children First is a key focus for this role.
