Providingday to dayoperational management of a team of Residential Practitioners to deliver exceptional care to children&young people through a therapeutic approach is a key focus for this role.
In collaboration with the Registered Manager, theDeputy Managerwill ensurethe homeremainsat the forefront ofexcellencein terms of its servicesto its children, compliance with all conditions of registration under legislation,and inspection and regulationstandards.
The role holder will deputisein the Registered Manager’sabsence, ensuring the home is well-managed, effectively led and that staff are fully supported in their roles.They will safeguard children&youngpeople’s rightsand interests,ensuring they are fully involved in their care.
Interview and Assessments will take place week commencing 20th July in Jersey.
