- Conduct comprehensive Child and Family assessments as well as Section 47 investigations.
- Attend Initial Child Protection Conferences (ICPC) and first hearings when necessary.
- Engage in direct work with families, crafting robust safety plans and encouraging effective family networking/group decision making.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic support.
