About the Role
The successful candidate will provide a high-quality social work service across all aspects of assessment and care management, ensuring the needs and outcomes of children and young people are effectively met.
Key Responsibilities
- Undertaking assessments of children and families
- Managing a varied caseload within statutory timescales
- Developing and reviewing care plans
- Child in Need, Child Protection, and Looked After Children work
- Working in partnership with families and multi-agency professionals
- Safeguarding children and promoting positive outcomes
- Maintaining accurate and timely case recordings and reports
