About the role
Wirral is seeking an experienced Adult Social Worker to join their Adult Social Care service. This role is ideal for a confident practitioner with strong statutory experience who can manage a complex caseload and work effectively with adults, families, and partner agencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a varied caseload within Adult Social Care
- Complete Care Act assessments, reviews, and support planning
- Undertake Mental Capacity Act assessments and Best Interest decisions
- Carry out safeguarding enquiries in line with Section 42
- Work collaboratively with health and multi-agency partners
- Maintain accurate, high-quality case records and reports
