Pay Rate: £38 per hour
About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Social Worker to join the Cherwell Locality Team based in Banbury. This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, with a requirement that all service user visits are conducted face‑to‑face. The Team works with individuals and families across North Oxfordshire, delivering high‑quality social work practice and support within the community.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ post‑qualifying experience as a Social Worker
- Knowledge of the LAS data system
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new processes and systems
- Full driving license and access to a vehicle
- Willingness and ability to travel across North Oxfordshire for face‑to‑face visits
