Tripod Partners is seeking a Senior Social Worker to join the Children with Disabilities (CWD) City & South Team in Norwich on a temporary basis for a minimum of three months. You will manage a diverse caseload, assess needs, develop support plans and deliver statutory social work.
This role involves close collaboration with Occupational Therapists, completing visits and care planning, and supporting CIN, CP, CLA processes while promoting equality and outcomes for children with disabilities
