The Role Includes:- Screening and responding to adult safeguarding referrals
- Making proportionate threshold decisions in line with the Care Act 2014 and safeguarding guidance
- Working collaboratively with police, health professionals, housing teams, and partner agencies
- Completing risk assessments and identifying appropriate safeguarding interventions
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring high standards of practice
- Supporting timely access to the right services for adults at risk
- Qualified Social Worker
- Active Social Work England (SWE) registration
- Experience in Adult Safeguarding, MASH, Front Door, or Duty teams
- Strong understanding of safeguarding processes, risk assessment, and the Care Act 2014
- Confident communication and sound professional judgement
