You’ll help people stay independent, supported, and well in their communities, working alongside a dedicated team of professionals who care about doing the job properly - not just ticking boxes.
You’ll support adults with severe mental health needs in the community, managing Care Act assessments, Section 117 aftercare, and mental capacity evaluations, while also contributing to court work as needed—all aimed at safeguarding individuals and promoting independence.
