Community Care Live is seeking 3-4 experienced Social Workers to join the Children's Services team on a temporary basis to help address a backlog of Children and Young People, particularly those on Child Protection Plans, awaiting transfer to the Safeguarding Service.
You will manage a caseload, conduct statutory visits and participate in care planning while building strong relationships with families and partner agencies.
