About the Role

Compass Community School Mountfields Park is a specialist independent day school in Loughborough for children aged 7–17 with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. Many pupils also have additional SEND needs, including Autism, ADHD, and communication difficulties. We are looking for compassionate, resilient, and adaptable Teaching Assistants who are passionate about making a difference in children’s lives. At Compass Community, we use a therapeutic, trauma‐informed approach where Integrity, Courage, and Care shape everything we do.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting teaching and learning in the classroom.
  • Working 1:1 and with small groups of students.
