We are looking for a Team Manager for this well thought of organisation in the South West. This is a full time position that is hybrid but will have travel within the wider Wiltshire, Dorset, and Hampshire area.

You must have a Diploma/Degree in Social Work and the right to work in the UK (no VISA sponsorship).

About the team

This organisation provides multiple services for Children in need including specialist education, residential care, clinical services, crisis intervention and fostering. This organisation has a child-centred ethos and works from a Trauma-informed model.

About you

The successful candidate will have significant experience within Children's Social Work, especially in fostering teams post qualification whilst having an up-to-date understanding of relevant legislation.
