Adults Social Worker needed for our Locality Team in Gloucestershire - £35ph + £150 weekly accommodation!
About the Role
You will play a vital role in connecting individuals to the right resources, enabling them to live the life they choose—either independently or with support. You will also work with adults experiencing crisis, supporting them to regain control of their lives. We use the Three Conversations approach, a strengths-based model that focuses on people, their networks, and the wider community around them.
Key Responsibilities
We understand the challenges and rewards of social work and are committed to supporting you to make a real difference. To join us, you must have:
- Registration with Social Work England, with a completed ASYE or equivalent demonstrable experience in a statutory social work setting
- Experience working within Adult Social Care, including multi-agency working and court environments
- Strong knowledge and understanding of relevant legislation, models, and theories relating to Adult Social Work
- A valid UK driving licence and access to a car (exceptions may apply under the Equality Act)
