Community Care Live is seeking an experienced Adult Social Worker to join the Communities Team in Knowsley. This temporary position offers a pay rate of £32.82 per hour and includes a hybrid working pattern (2 days in-office, 3 days remote).

You will deliver high-quality social care services to adults and families, manage assessments and interventions, and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.

Ideal candidates will have relevant professional registration and strong experience in community-based social work.
