Community Care Live is seeking a Qualified Social Worker for our Adult Social Care – Safeguarding & Court of Protection Team in Hounslow at £35ph.
You will handle complex safeguarding cases, contribute to court-related work, and collaborate with multi-agency partners to ensure high standards of care.
The ideal candidate will hold a Social Work degree and SW England registration, with evidence of 21A and COP experience, and strong communication and organisational skills.
