Qualified Social Worker needed for our Safeguarding & Support Team in Hounslow, paying £39 ph!
About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Social Worker to join the Safeguarding & Support Team. This is a rewarding opportunity to work and deliver high-quality safeguarding interventions. You will be part of a supportive and professional team committed to delivering person-centred, strengths-based practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a complex caseload of safeguarding and support cases.
- Carry out strengths-based assessments, risk assessments, and care planning.
- Work closely with service users, carers, and multi-agency partners to ensure effective outcomes.
- Provide professional advice, guidance, and support to colleagues where required.
- Contribute to multi-agency meetings, safeguarding strategy discussions, and case conferences.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and high-quality case records.
Requirements:
- Current Social Work England registration and a recognised Social Work qualification.
- Substantial experience in Safeguarding, including Section 42 enquiries.
- Strong knowledge related to safeguarding legislation.
- Proven ability to manage complex cases and work effectively under pressure.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
