Hampshire County Council’s Children’s Service is very highly regarded nationally and rated Outstanding by Ofsted. Our Children's Services Department provides a high quality and effective range of services for children with Special Educational Needs (SEN). You will be a member of a close‑knit team that provides mutual support, structured on‑the‑job training, and a thorough induction into the service. This is a full‑time position, 37 hours per week over 5 days, Monday – Friday.
What you’ll do:
- Support statutory SEN processes.
- Deal with correspondence and record keeping.
- Use IT systems including databases.
- Take enquiries from families and professionals.
