Qualifications & Responsibilities

  • Strong post-qualified experience in Children’s Team – Assessment, Duty work – 1 year minimum.
  • Hold CIN and CP cases and hold LAC cases.
  • Completing SWETs.
  • Section 7 reports.
  • Section 47 assessments / strategy discussions / ICPCs.
  • Holding complex CP cases including CP visits, core groups, RCPCs, etc.
  • Holding CLA cases including Stat reviews, PEPs, and visits.
  • Undertaking Section 47 investigations.
  • Writing court reports and attending court.
  • Attending strategy meetings, networking and professional meetings.
