We are looking for a Team Manager for this well thought of organisation in the South West. This is a full time position that is hybrid but will have travel within the wider Wiltshire, Dorset, and Hampshire area.
You must have a Diploma/Degree in Social Work and the right to work in the UK (no VISA sponsorship)
About the team
This organisation provides multiple services for Children in need including specialist: education, residential care, clinical services, crisis intervention and fostering. This organisation has a child-centred ethos and work from a Trauma-informed model.
About you
The successful candidate will have significant experience within Children\’s Social Work, especially in fostering teams post qualification whilst having an up-to-date understanding of relevant legislation.

- Salary £44,857 – £48,905 dependent on experience
