About the team
We are seeking an Experienced Social Worker with a strong background in Children in Care (CIC) to join a dynamic Children’s Services team. This role is ideal for a confident practitioner with proven assessment skills, strong professional judgement, and the ability to build meaningful relationships with children and families.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrable experience working within a Children in Care (CIC) team
- Proven ability to produce high-quality assessments and reports
- Strong reliability and consistency in meeting statutory deadlines
- Excellent relationship-building skills with children, parents, carers, and responsible adults
