You will need strong post-qualifying experience in the Children’s Team – Assessment and Duty work (2 years minimum). DUTIES INCLUDE CIN/CP and LAC cases, SWETs, Section 7 reports, Section 47 investigations, court reports, strategy meetings and court appearances.
