We are currently recruiting for the below post: Remote Ehcp Partner - Tribunals - Devon Council - £400 per day.
Candidates must have experience in Tribunal work, representing the LA at hearings, JADRs, TCMHs and VCMHs, composing R1 responses, and meeting all statutory Tribunal deadlines. Officers working with Appeals are based within our SEND Operations team and form part of the statutory response to children with Special Educational Needs. EHCP Partners will report to the Team Lead. The work is demanding, it is therefore essential that candidates have experience of managing / working within SENDIST Appeals. These roles will play a critical part in supporting our improvement work.
