We are seeking an experienced and motivated Service Manager – Quality Assurance & Practice Development to champion high-quality social work practice and drive service improvement across Children’s Services.

This is a pivotal leadership role, responsible for implementing robust quality assurance frameworks, analysing performance and practice insights, and ensuring services consistently meet regulatory standards.

You’ll work to strengthen organisational learning, support inspection readiness, and promote a culture of reflective practice and continuous improvement.

At the heart of the role is a commitment to ensuring the voices of children, young people and families influence service development and decision-making.

You’ll collaborate with practitioners, managers and partners to identify strengths, address areas for improvement, and develop learning and development initiatives that enhance practice across the workforce.
