Community Care Live is seeking an experienced Multi-Systemic Therapy (MST) Team Supervisor to establish and lead a new MST service across Cheshire East, shaping care for children, young people and families.
You will embed fidelity to the MST model, provide clinical and operational leadership to MST practitioners, coach staff through reflective supervision, and build strong partnerships with children’s services and health colleagues to improve outcomes.
