We’re looking for a Consultant Social Worker to join an Older Persons Mental Health Team. This role comes with an excellent rate, a reduced caseload, and proper flexibility – including up to 2 days working from home each week.
You’ll be supporting older adults with existing or emerging mental health needs, carrying out specialist assessments, and working closely with families and the wider team to put the right support in place.
