Contract: 4-month position with a potential extension

Job Requirements:
- Take ownership of challenging AR cases, including disputes from parents/settings and requests for specialist or out-of-county placements.
- Manage cases from review decision through to amended/final plan.
- Prepare and present complex AR outcomes to panel (RCP).
- Justify funding uplifts, placement changes, or specialist provision.
- Work closely with parents/carers (often in dispute scenarios), schools, SENCOs, providers, and professionals.
- Manage expectations and reduce escalation to tribunal where possible.
