Adults Social Worker needed for our Locality Team in Gloucestershire - paying up to £35ph!
Location: Cirencester, Gloucestershire
Pay Rate: £35ph
Working Pattern: Attendance at the Gloucester office required three days per week.
About the Role
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Adults Social Worker to join the Cotswolds Locality Team based in Cirencester. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a supportive Adult Social Care team, helping adults to achieve positive outcomes through strengths‑based practice, person‑centered assessments, and effective care planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Current Social Work England (SWE) registration.
- Experience working as an Adults Social Worker.
- Successfully completed their ASYE programme or possess a minimum of two years' post‑qualified social work experience within a UK local authority.
- A full, clean UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
- Strong knowledge of relevant Adult Social Care legislation and best practice.
- Excellent assessment, communication, and case management skills.
