Community Care Live is seeking a Social Worker to join a Children with Disabilities team.

You will work with families and carers, understand needs, and develop tailored care plans while providing continuous support in a frontline safeguarding environment.

The role requires a recognised Social Work qualification and at least three years' post-qualification experience in Children's Social Work, plus a valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
