Position: Senior EHCP Co‑ordinator – Interims
Location: Bromley
Pay Rate: £421.24 per day
Contract: Initial 3-month contract, with potential for extension.
Work Arrangement: 3 days remote, 2 days in the office

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in social work
- Active license to practice as a social worker
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to upholding ethical and professional standards
- Ensuring children are at the forefront of interventions and decision making
- Engaging with families and completing parenting assessments
- Liaising with partner agencies
- Ability to respectively challenge parents
- To always respect and consider people’s life experiences, differences and choices
- Home visits
- Managing all aspects of CP and CIN cases
- Attending and minuting associated meetings
- Attend professionals meetings
- Managing cases in proceedings
- Writing court reports
- Attending court
- Writing s7 and s37 court reports
- To work with a level of autonomy
