- Have strong post-qualified experience in Children’s Team – Assessment, Duty work (2 years minimum).
- Hold CIN and CP cases and hold LAC cases.
- Complete SWETs.
- Prepare Section 7 reports.
- Prepare Section 47 assessments / strategy discussions / ICPCs.
- Hold complex CP cases including CP visits, Core groups, RCPCs, etc.
- Hold CLA cases including Stat reviews, PEPs and visits.
- Undertake Section 47 investigations.
- Write court reports and attend court.
- Attend Strategy Meetings, network and Professional Meetings.
