As a Waking Night Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring people feel safe, supported, and comfortable throughout the night. What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide safe, attentive, and person‑centred support throughout the night, ensuring comfort, dignity, and wellbeing.
- Respond calmly and proactively to any needs, whether that’s offering reassurance, supporting with personal care, or handling unexpected situations.
- Carry out night‑time routines with kindness and respect, helping people feel secure and valued.
