What You'll Be Doing:
- Providing practice leadership and day-to-day support to Social Workers across the team
- Managing a small caseload of complex safeguarding cases
- Offering guidance on Care Act assessments, safeguarding enquiries, and risk management
- Supporting newly qualified and experienced Social Workers through mentoring, coaching, and case discussions
- Chairing or contributing to complex meetings and multi-agency safeguarding processes
- Promoting strengths-based practice and ensuring high-quality decision-making
- Working closely with managers to drive best practice and service improvement

What We're Looking For:
- Qualified Social Worker
- Current Social Work England (SWE) registration
- Significant experience within Adult Safeguarding
- Previous experience as an Advanced Practitioner, Senior Practitioner, or Practice Educator, or extensive experience mentoring Social Workers
- Excellent knowledge of the Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act 2005, and safeguarding legislation
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills
