The Role As a Senior Social Worker, you will

  • Assess risk and develop robust child protection plans
  • Implement safeguarding strategies using the Family Safeguarding Model
  • Work directly with children, young people, and families to reduce risk
  • Collaborate with multi-agency professionals to ensure best outcomes
  • Maintain clear, high-quality case recordings
  • You will have autonomy in managing your diary while being backed by a friendly, experienced team.

About You

  • Qualified Social Worker
  • Registered with Social Work England
  • Experience in statutory child protection/safeguarding
  • Confident managing caseloads within a multi-disciplinary setting
  • Passionate about improving outcomes for children and families
